Kicked Out by Her Billionaire Husband — She Returned Five Years Later With the Son He Never Knew Existed
Chapter 12
One evening, Ethan arrived at the house with groceries.
Olivia opened the door.
“What are you doing?”
“Noah said he wanted pancakes.”
She laughed.
“You bought enough food for twenty people.”
“I panicked.”
She stepped aside.
“Come in.”
They cooked together.
Flour ended up on the floor.
Noah laughed.
Ethan tried to flip a pancake.
It hit the ceiling.
Olivia laughed so hard she had to sit down.
For a moment, everything felt normal.
Not billionaire.
Not scandal.
Not five years apart.
Just a family.
Later, after Noah fell asleep, Ethan stood in the kitchen.
“I don’t expect you to forgive me yet.”
Olivia looked at him.
“But I need you to know something.”
“What?”
“If I could go back…”
She shook her head.
“You can’t.”
“I know.”
He took a breath.
“So I’ll do the only thing I can.”
“What?”
“Make every day ahead of us better than the ones I lost.”
Olivia’s eyes filled with tears.
She didn’t answer.
But she didn’t ask him to leave.
